Car wouldn’t start. Owner canceled 4-5 day reservation. Tried to pull a fast one and not refund me. Terrible customer service.

Guest left the lights on. Vehicle battery needed a jump. Roadside assistance was dispatched to assist her. Jump started the vehicle. Guest decided to abandon the vehicle unattended with keys. After we picked up vehicle turned on in the first attempt. Guest wanted a free refund for a perfectly good vehicle. Freeloading alert.
