The pick up was convenient but the host was unresponsive. Car could have been cleaner
This rating does not reflect our service. This guest did not communicate throughout the whole trip. Out 30 messages from our end. She only reply 3 messages. Never mentioning anything about the condition of the vehicle. You can see our ratings and comments from previous guest. Mentioning our great communication. Our car’s condition. I can’t imagine why someone would want to hurt a business. A family owned business. Rating it low without reason.

The car was clean and pick up was easy and smooth. Communication was great and John was also extremely understanding as well.
