I already spoke to the attendant when dropping off but I want to start by saying the car was nice and easy to drive pickup and drop off was easy and the ride was comfortable was just dissatisfied with a few things 1. The key fob immediately into my trip said low battery and I contacted online help and they offered to replace the battery if I came back by but I was already on the road so I felt anxiety the whole time thinking the car battery was going to die and I would be locked out of the car at some point in the trip. 2. The car smelled strongly of weed and cigarette smoke which I told online help immediately about it (so they know it wasn’t me lol) 3. They’re was no gps in the car so I had to use my phone which wasn’t a big deal but inconvenient the car description didn’t state it had gps when I booked it I just assumed because it was a 2025 so that’s is my bad. And lastly 4. When I received the car it was not a full tank I was cheated out of about 80-100mi of gas. Overall, though the car was nice and easy to drive easy pick and drop off friendly and helpful staff and online attendant I would use this business again but I would just pay extra attention to those previous issues I mentioned.
