The drive of the car was smooth and the car was so clean and smelled nice! I would rent this again if I could. Thank you so much for the nice turo rental experience.
Overall the communication with the hosts was excellent. I rented while my car was being repaired but didn’t get a lot of driving in because my toddler got sick. When I did drive there were no major issues. On the return I had a minor issue that I was able to address in person with the host. They were great host and I would definitely rent from them again.
The car was very nice, clean, and worked very well! Oscar was a wonderful host, very accommodating and super helpful with communication. Will definitely be booking with him again in the future. Only minor things I would mention would be the location to pick up the car was a little confusing, maybe a little more instruction would be helpful. And the car did have a smell at first, but throughout the time we had it, it started to clear out!
The Jeep was great. We drove to Port Aransas with no problems, it was a smooth and fun drive. The car is very well taken care of with all maintenance up to date. The owner you can tell takes pride on the vehicle, when I received the car it was very clean even with armor all on the tires. 10/10 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Fazia was an excellent host. Very accommodating!! And the car was exactly what I needed. When I had to extend my trip she was very nice about it and made sure I had what I needed. Would definitely rent again!!!
Craig’s communication and service has turned me into a lifetime Turo user. After my first two reservations cancelled on me two days before my reservation, I chose this beautifully kept Grand Cherokee L and boy and I happy I did. As soon as I reserved the car I reached out to make sure nothing would happen and Craig responded almost immediately with confirmation that I had the vehicle and with instructions for pick up. Craig truly turned a nightmare of an experience into a fistic one, and too top it all off and to show his attention to detail when we dropped the car off he had a birthday gift for me since it was my birthday a few days prior to us flying in. That red velvet cake was delicious, my wife and I enjoyed it on our flight home. Whenever I return to the Houston area I will be reaching out to Craig to see if his vehicle is available again. Thank you again for an amazing experience it is truly appreciated.
