Car not ready and dirty back up camera does not work

We do want to note that this was a last-minute reservation, and our team worked to accommodate the booking as quickly as possible. Additionally, no concerns regarding the vehicle's cleanliness or backup camera were reported during the trip, which prevented us from having the opportunity to inspect or address them at the time.
