I can’t say enough about renting from Ricardo! The car was clean and drove beautifully, and he went above and beyond with communication (and even helped me get to the bus stop after drop off!). He was patient and flexible about pick up/drop off scheduling (I considered dropping the car a day early to avoid World Cup traffic), and so friendly. If you need to rent a car, look no further! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Rented Normand’s 2022 Prius Prime for an extended weekend trip from New Jersey to Maryland and back, and I was absolutely blown away by the fuel efficiency. Driving around all weekend and handling the interstate commute, I only had to fill up the gas tank a single time. As a host, Normand was fantastic. He was right on time, highly responsive, and took the time to communicate different aspects of how the vehicle works. Pick-up and drop-off were completely effortless, and the car was spotless when I received it. I would absolutely rent from Normand again!

Car was easy to drive just a slight sound when you accelerate past 70mph. Great on fuel as you may expect with a Toyota and the drop off option was super convenient.

Had a good experience driving Toyota Highlander. Will definitely recommend this SUV if you need more room and comfortable ride for family.

Great car, Camry drove real well and was comfortable. Had a slight nick on the bumper that was disclosed, but I didn't care because it was just cosmetic. Other than that, everything was great and would rent again!

All perfect, we had problems with the regular car rental companies, due to price and credit card requirements, booked through Turo Youseff was great quickly responded and delivered the car within an hour to the airport.

Felt like he lent me his car! They were generous enough to meet me at the airport, but there is no real flexibility. I got in early but had to wait til they got there at the pick up time. Just circumstances. Otherwise, 8 out of 5!

The car drives just fine, but I have three minor gripes to list. I don't find them enough to knock any stars off though. 1. The windshield is tinted more than the front windows for some reason. This made it slightly difficult to see at night. I thought the headlights were really dim at first, but then noticed the tint during daylight. 2. There is no toll pass. Any rental car should have a toll pass by default and, IMO, if you list a car without one you need to be very explicit about it. I would never knowingly rent a car without one. Now I will be sure to filter for cars with toll passes moving forward. 3. There are some personal customization peices on this car that I personally don't think should be on a rental car. In hindsight, one of these is mostly visible in the pics and I did not notice. First is the thin blue line USA shape on the trunk. Next is the Trust In God stickers on all the mirrors. I feel embarassed like I would need to explain to anyone I meet that those are not MY stickers.

Car was good and the price was great. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommended
