I can’t say enough about renting from Ricardo! The car was clean and drove beautifully, and he went above and beyond with communication (and even helped me get to the bus stop after drop off!). He was patient and flexible about pick up/drop off scheduling (I considered dropping the car a day early to avoid World Cup traffic), and so friendly. If you need to rent a car, look no further! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Quick easy pickup drop off, Liang was awesome and was already waiting for us at the pickup/drop off, didn’t have to go into the parking garages. Car was clean, in good condition and drove smoothly the whole trip. Great AC for the humid days and best of all it saves so much on gas. We drove all over NY and Jersey and only filled up twice in one week. Communication was great! We would definitely get this van next time we travel with a large party

Car was perfect for our needs and we appreciated that there were already phone charging cords plugged in. Pickup and delivery were quick and easy - right at the terminal, no long walk to the rental car place and then waiting forever in line like on a previous trip. I felt bad that we were 15 minutes late on the drop off after we took a wrong turn trying to get on the turnpike, but Elvance was very understanding. I will rent this car again if I ever come back.

This mini van was an absolute delight for our entire family of six. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the car was in excellent condition. It was spotless and drove exceptionally smoothly. Great car, Camry drove real well and was comfortable. Had a slight nick on the bumper that was disclosed, but I didn't care because it was just cosmetic. Other than that, everything was great and would rent again!

All perfect, we had problems with the regular car rental companies, due to price and credit card requirements, booked through Turo Youseff was great quickly responded and delivered the car within an hour to the airport.
