Nissan rental in Elizabeth, NJ

First time Turo user here. I was a bit apprehensive about renting a car this way but am certainly glad I did. Pick up and drop off at Newark airport was a cinch - no long walks to, or waiting in line at, a big name car rental counter. I walked out of the terminal, at the assigned level and door, and the driver pulled up a few minutes later, put my luggage in the trunk, handed me the keys, I got in and drove away. The car was in excellent condition. I drove it for 5 days, filled the tank on the way back to the airport, and returned the car to the front of the terminal door I picked it up at. A pick-up driver showed up just after I had removed my luggage from the car, I handed him the keys, he drove away and I walked right in to the United counter and checked my bags. Easy peasy and at a fraction of the price I would have paid at a big name rental. Would definitely rent a car from Bernardo again.

I have never, ever had such a great car rental experience! I rented through Turo this weekend, and the service from this team was truly outstanding. In the past, I’ve often had issues with rental companies being late, but that wasn’t the case at all this time. They were punctual, incredibly helpful, and provided clear instructions for a smooth and safe pickup and drop-off. They even showed me how to open the fuel door and explained how the car worked, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the start. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

The Car Was Nice and Clean. The Price is Good and Great Customer Service. I will Rent From The Company Again. Thanks For Sharing Your Cars.

I had a great experience renting this Nissan Sentra through Turo! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. It was reliable, fuel-efficient, and perfect for getting around. The entire rental process was easy and convenient, which made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others and would gladly rent it again!

Excellent customer service and car quality. I will rent from them again!

Great car great service. Gas cover didn’t open so I couldn’t refuel and they were very nice about it. Car smelled too much of air freshener. I’d rent again with them

The host Kareem was extremely nice and responsive. The car was spotless when I picked it up and smelled really nice. Easy pickup and drop off procedure makes it all around a great experience. I would rent again.

Great rental experience! The car was very clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Everything was exactly as expected, and I had no issues throughout my rental. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

The host extended a greeting upon my arrival. The SUV had been cleaned and exhibited a new car scent, which was quite noticeable. The fuel tank was not full; therefore, I took the initiative to refuel the vehicle and address the lingering new car scent. The host expressed gratitude for these actions. To date, the experience has been without issue, proceeding smoothly and comfortably. The vehicle features leather seats, heating, air conditioning, and a sunroof, in addition to having low mileage. I am very pleased with the host. ☺️👍❤️

Host was great and car was in good condition. Will rent from them again

Host was a pleasure to deal with. There was a last minute change with the car, but he called and messaged me multiple times to make sure I was OK with the change. I appreciated the communication. No problems. Was just what I needed while my car was in the shop. Would rent again.

Clean car and communicative host. Would rent again.

Great car pick up and drop off was seamless wood rent from them again

Was a pretty great experience however there were no interior lights in the car and the Bluetooth didn’t have a mic. Other than that the host was super responsive was the easiest rent a car life ever done. And actually smoother than any rental company I’ve ever used.

Excellent service, clean car, quick response time. Dropped the car off at the airport and let me drop off early at their location. Will rent against next time Im in town.

Beautiful car, runs smoothly! Will definitely rent again 😍
