Great car and great customer service

Great experience overall. Since we were on a tight schedule, Rafiel's friendly and timely terminal door pickup + drop-off was exactly what we needed. The car itself was totally sufficient for our needs, easy to connect to both Apple and Google Car Play with a USB-C cord. We got stuck in almost 2 hours worth of traffic coming back from a family event in the JFK area, and Bernardo was super helpful in getting our dropoff time adjusted.
That said, Turo did not request their checkout process until 30 min after our adjusted drpp off time, at which time they said the car had a late return. Hopefully that can be fixed in the system because we had long since dropped off! Thanks Bernardo and team!

Bernardo was professional and very accommodating! The car was also very clean and ran very smoothly. I especially found the off-roading mode very useful when driving to our hiking locations. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!
