Excellent service! The car exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, very clean, and hygienic. Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end, and they were punctual throughout the entire process. One thing I really appreciated was that the car came with an EZPass, which makes driving around New Jersey so much easier. I also loved how convenient the pickup and drop off process was they delivered the car directly at the airport. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Everything about the trip car rental aspect of the trip was great and next time I fly through Newark I’ll definitely be using Will and Dimitri as hosts. The pickup was right where they said and the best part was that they picked up the car right from the terminal drop off. The Hyundai Santa Fe was roomier than I expected which came in handy! There was enough room for 4 and all our bags. My in-law’s came from Turkey for a months stay, there was enough room for several travel bags and suitcases. I can’t thank the hosts enough for making this aspect of the trip so easy!

This is a fantastic car, a modern Kia sedan that rides great. The owner, Jose, is fantastic, he replied to my messages every time in less than two minutes. His son picked me up at the Newark train station and then when I returned the car, right at the airport departures area. I was delayed because my flight was late and no problem for them to give me some more time and then another delay due to traffic getting to the airport, and again no problem for Jose, he was extremely accommodating. I would rent this car again every time I’m in the area. GREAT experience, I might never use a regular car rental company again, this was so much better convenience wise, great car and less expensive!
