So I’ll start off by saying that the car was fine. It was the pick up interaction and the lack of direction and response. I’ve never had to pick up a Turo rental at car dealership/garage 10 minutes away from the airport, that I had to take an uber back to. That’s not how I’ve typically used Turo. All cars were picked up at Long term rental. There was no other direction than an address. Then when I asked for additional information I was belittled by them saying, “I was in the wrong”, “it’s my fault” that the car wasn’t picked up properly when it was their lack of communication for pick up. Would not use again

We took a trip to NJ to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and this car rental was by far the best one we have gotten. You will not be disappointed. It was clean. And the owner was just amazing.
