Everything went as smoothly as possible from start to finish. Communication was clear and easy, and the car was nice, clean, comfortable, and great on gas. It made getting around during the trip a breeze. I’m very thankful for Gianna’s kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism throughout the entire rental. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely rent from her again!
Everything was great. The car was awesome. As an aside, the Turo app glitched so I wasn’t able to pickup my car for roughly an hour after I landed because I couldn’t get into the car. That would be my only frustrating piece of this experience but not related to this company. My only add would be to maybe also send lockbox codes and such in messages until Turo figures out their tech. It was otherwise an excellent experience after the kinks were worked out, and I would rent again.
The car was great, drove smooth and had great gas mileage. A/C blew cold air and had all the new car tech. The pickup and drop-off were so easy and fast. No boxes and codes just straight communication with the host FNS. FNS has been the best host, responded quickly and with no hassle. Extended our trip two different times and even had him reach out to me early in the morning to make sure I was good or needed to extend longer. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely be looking to rent again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
