The car we ordered was cancelled last minute and they gave us a smaller car that was not ideal and pick up was late as well.

Syed was an excellent host! He had great communication, was very helpful and made the entire rental process easy. The car was clean, brand new, and drove incredibly smooth throughout the city. It was also very easy to locate and pick up. I really appreciated the great experience and would definitely rent from Syed again!

Syed was very responsive and helpful. We got an upgrade at the last minute due to our planned car not coming back in time. The car was clean and nice, except the cigarette smell was very intense. If I needed the car for longer than just 1 day I would have really struggled with it. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.
