Overall, I had a great experience renting this Dodge Grand Caravan. The van was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for traveling with my family. The pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to the van, I was able to spend quality time with my relatives, go out to eat, and visit several places together. Unfortunately, a rock hit the windshield during my trip, which was an unexpected accident. Aside from that incident, the vehicle performed well and made my trip enjoyable. Thank you for helping make my family visit comfortable and memorable. Great first experience with Turo. The process was easy, and I would happily rent through Turo again.

This was an easy way to rent a car. This van was so nice and rode very smooth. Omar had the gas tank full and it was very clean on the inside. Will rent again.

My trip was perfect! I needed the van delivered so I could pick it up as soon as I arrived in Dallas, and the process was handled seamlessly. After several travel issues getting to Texas, it was such a relief for everything with the van rental to go exactly as planned. The wheelchair accommodations made a huge difference for us. From deploying the ramp to securing the wheelchair during rides, everything was simple and easy to use. The van was exactly what we needed and made the trip so much less stressful. I would absolutely rent again in the future. Easy 5 stars.

This is a great car Omar the owner does a good job of keeping it up it drove very smooth good on gas what can I say I have no complaints I really hope that when I rent again I could use this van just saying to the owner

Hector’s communication was outstanding from the very beginning. I booked the car last minute, and he made himself available without any issues. Although the vehicle was originally listed in Fort Worth, he went above and beyond by delivering it to a location an hour closer for my convenience. The car itself was in perfect condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove great. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Honestly, it made me want to go out and buy a Charger myself! I highly recommend Hector—his customer service and communication are truly top-notch.
