Host was great on the delivery. They went above and beyond. We are very grateful for that. It is really noisy inside but this is my first driving such vehicle. Wish the windshield was clean off beforehand. Overall, I would rent again if I need it.

This is a Dodge Caravan wheelchair conversion van. Because all the seats/fabric are removed from the back of the van (in addition to other extensive procedures) to make it wheelchair accessible, it won’t be as quiet as a conventional one. Taking away from a rating for noise due to the nature of the vehicle (and not mechanical issues) seems unjust. We also accommodated a delivery outside of our standard radius. We appreciate your review and thank you for your business.

My trip was perfect! I needed the van delivered so I could pick it up as soon as I arrived in Dallas, and the process was handled seamlessly. After several travel issues getting to Texas, it was such a relief for everything with the van rental to go exactly as planned.
The wheelchair accommodations made a huge difference for us. From deploying the ramp to securing the wheelchair during rides, everything was simple and easy to use. The van was exactly what we needed and made the trip so much less stressful.
I would absolutely rent again in the future. Easy 5 stars.

The Van was very good but I didn’t know the location was this far I wish you all had a closer location I live in Garland Tx this was so far for me put thank you for letting me purchase the Van for a day
