Excellent experience from start to finish! The pickup location was convenient and easy to access, and the vehicle was in outstanding condition. The host was professional, accommodating, and very responsive, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Car was clean, and ready to drive. Second time renting through them and like always great service. Nice cars and great communication. Car drove smooth and felt brand new. Easy pick up and drop off. Great car, lovely host, car is a dream to drive, handle etc. Quick to deliver. Issue was checkout was somewhat of a hassle, I expected an in-person checkout as was agreed upon delivery, I waited and waited (although i was pressed for time) and no one turned up at the agreed time of 6:30pm. No one answered messages either so had to phone Turo asking what to do and they told me to leave keyfob inside lockbox inside the car, which I did.
I then left my Airbnb and they apparently turned up at 9pm without a spare key so they couldn't retrieve their vehicle... Not sure if they expected to find an unlocked, unmanned vehicle but I did not find this lack of communication very professional of them.

Hello Nora, as shown in our messages, we provide self check-in and check-out. Our instructions asked that the key be placed in the lockbox and the lockbox left on the window so our team could access it after the trip. We also have a spare key, but it is reserved for emergency situations only. We always provide clear instructions to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.
