Tesla rental in Burbank, CA

The quality of the car. the car ran great on the road trip to the Bay Area. Little surprise by the aesthetics of the exterior of the vehicle because in the picture it doesn’t show the damages, but the exterior of the car was not my need. I needed a car that ran great in the car ran good. The host was communicative and easy to communicate with and very accommodating I would rent this vehicle again for a road trip. The body damage would not keep me from re-renting this vehicle but if you’re looking for a car that looks pristine on the exterior, this is not your car.

Travis is an excellent host. The Tesla was in wonderful condition. He made it so simple with phone/key access, and assistance with anything I might have needed. Any charging that you do during the trip on a Supercharger or something, you just settle up with Travis after the fact. Super easy breezy and convenient (and way cheaper than gas)! Will absolutely rent again. Thank you Travis!

Anzhelika was amazing from beginning to end! She was very communicative, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire trip. Meeting her for the handoff was such a pleasant experience and she made everything feel easy and comfortable right away. The car itself was incredible and honestly the perfect test run for me since I’m considering buying a Tesla. I had such a great experience driving it and really enjoyed the trip. It was clean and ready to go and all I had to do was take pictures of the car before enjoying it. At the end of the rental, meeting back up was just as smooth and seamless as the beginning. I would absolutely rent from Anzhelika again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

Gio’s Tesla was great! Easy pick-up and return. The car drove well and was practically new. Highly recommended.

Jett was incredibly friendly and also went well above and beyond what was needed to help me pick up the car. I’ve never experienced such a level of customer service in the car rental on TURO. Highly recommend Jett and any cars that he rents.

Car is clean however, clearly used/lived in. Daniel was great, communicative and nice! I would rent from him again!

Pickup location super sunny! Love california. They could probably use a better glass cleaner for windshield, but everything runs smooth and he’ll probably be replacing the air filters soon. Tesla air filters dirty real quick and you can smell it at startup, unless new strangers are in your car, so they do, it’s tough, but this car was otherwise excellent, would rent again. Ryan stayed in communication and was helpful.

Car was clean, comfortable, everything functioned properly without issue. Above all, host is willing to work with you. Amazing service and assistance. Would definitely recommend to rent with host and planning to rent again!

Car quality was great. Communication regarding the pickup location was not clear. But the car was delivered and picked up timely and conveniently.

Hrair was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the car! He was very nice and friendly about parking the car at the airport and was very prompt to answer questions or just keep in touch.
