I cannot imagine a better first-time Turo experience. David, Jasmine, and their Tesla made it easy. Communication was proactive and quick. The car was ready for me when I arrived -- spotless and appeared to be freshly cleaned. Not a single hiccup during my 5-day rental. I highly recommend opting for the Supervised Full Self Drive upgrade. Being unfamiliar with Los Angeles, I found it to be an incredible help.
I would rent it again without a second thought.
