I had a very short and complicated trip with flight delays, quick return, etc. And Art was very accomodating and kind. He made sure that when both my first and second flights got delayed he was still able to have the car at the airport for my new pick up time. He messaged me beforehand to greet me, again on trip day and again for pickup. He was very prompt and kind for return of the vehicle as well. When picking up the car my phone was almost dead due to so many airport delays, he had a charger waiting for me and then asked me about my trip to ensure all was well. The quality of the car. the car ran great on the road trip to the Bay Area. Little surprise by the aesthetics of the exterior of the vehicle because in the picture it doesn’t show the damages, but the exterior of the car was not my need.
