The service was great. Had a problem they were right out to fix it. Picking the car up was easy. Turning it in not so. But other than that no complaints and I would recommend you to anyone on a tight budget who needs to rent a car for short or extended period of time.
Person that helped me out was amazing. My last reservation got canceled last minute and she was able to help me out quickly and get me and my family into a car that we needed to celebrate my sons birthday. She even saw that I was arriving earlier and helped me out so that way we wouldn’t be waiting long to pick up the rental. Would recommend this person again.
I had a very short and complicated trip with flight delays, quick return, etc. And Art was very accomodating and kind. He made sure that when both my first and second flights got delayed he was still able to have the car at the airport for my new pick up time. He messaged me beforehand to greet me, again on trip day and again for pickup. He was very prompt and kind for return of the vehicle as well. When picking up the car my phone was almost dead due to so many airport delays, he had a charger waiting for me and then asked me about my trip to ensure all was well. The vehicle was very smooth, easy to operate, ample space and great on gas. I would definitely recommend him as a host as well as the vehicle to anyone needing a vehicle in the area.
Excellent experience renting this Volkswagen Jetta through Turo. Communication was great from start to finish, and the host was always quick to respond. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I even ran into a parking payment issue during the trip, and the host took care of it right away without any problems. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated. The car was the perfect LA rental!! Parking is a breeze as it will fit almost anywhere. The convertible is a must to properly soak in the california sun. Pick up was a short but welcome walk after a long flight. Communication was clear and prompt. Would definitely rent again!
Host was great. Super chill. Treated me like an agent at a car rental checkout, not like an overprotective sportscar owner, lending their baby out to a stranger. Rental car is a 2026 Corvette Z06, low miles, excellent condition, all stock, tires were >50% tread, so everything was in excellent condition. Car drove excellent. Owner was super chill about mileage overage and it cost me les than I was expecting. Overall fantastic experience!
My Audi had to be taken into the shop to get fixed suddenly so I needed a rental asap and managed to get this one for a pretty fair price! Pickup and drop off was super smooth! Worked nicely and got the job done! I recommend it if you ever need a rental for a few days! (Also great for parking since it’s a small sized car which is a bonus!)
This was my first time using Turo and it was a great experience. My car owner was courteous and timely, they kept in contact and worked with me on pick-up and drop-off. As far as the app, it gave me an easy pickup and drop-off and all the tools necessary to make this a successful transaction. One thing that was concerning was it advertised being different than normal car rental including saying no need for insurance but then just like regular car rentals it popped up at the end after paying for the rental.
