Adel is very understanding and communicates clearly. He was quick to inform me of a mechanical issue with my rental AND offer me a substitute rental. Same price. Same pick up location. This was extremely invaluable to me because I had flown in from way out of town for a job interview. Without Adel’s help, I might have needed to pay for a Lyft one way for the cost of renting Adel’s car 6 days. I’m grateful for his kindness and honesty as a host. The car fit all my needs and wants. Perfect experience to say the least. Sarkis was very helpful, punctual and precise. I must compliment Sarkis who has solved a very big problem for us which I will explain briefly. A couple of days before the rental, Sarkis informs us that the car has had a terrible accident, offering us an alternative that is the same, if not better, than the one identified. The rental was a gift to a friend who was going to spend a day in Los Angeles for summer vacation. It would have been a real shame not to have had the car. Furthermore, beyond the availability demonstrated, it was an understanding of the issues due to the timing and rental that the accident caused. Anyway Sarkis solved everything and we enjoyed a fantastic day. The car was perfect. Washed, cleaned and kept by a true enthusiast. I recommend everyone to rent from Sarkis. Happy American V8 everyone!
I had a great experience renting this car for a 3-day trip . The car was clean, reliable, and very fuel-efficient, which helped save on gas during the trip. Having unlimited mileage was a huge bonus and gave me peace of mind while traveling. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. I am new to Turo so unsure how respected the review system is but I definitely am a real human and rented this car for a month and everything was as perfect as can be for someone who usually would shy away from a red car ;). The pickup was easy, car was totally clean and just washed. I appreciated the slide out hatchback cover was in there because I feel they are often missing in big name car rental companies. The couple times I had to communicate with the owner he answered promptly and clear and easy to communicate with. And the drop off was just as seamless as the pickup. I used close to the monthly amount of allowed miles so enough to have some weight behind saying that throughout all of them there was never a weird noise or feeling at all to make me wonder if the car was in anything but excellent order and well maintained. Okay that's about the longest review I've ever written for anything but seemed fair to do so - due to everything I wrote above.

The car was a little more sluggish than expected, and the heavy window tinting made it hard to see at night, but this was a quality rental from a quality host.

Car was great! Easy to drive! I really enjoyed it. Only thing I wasn’t able to connect my iphone the car didn’t let me, something wasn’t working usb, bluetooth idk. But other than that, I truly enjoyed it and yes I will definitely rent from Igor again! Thank you so much 👍
