The service was great. Had a problem they were right out to fix it. Picking the car up was easy. Turning it in not so. But other than that no complaints and I would recommend you to anyone on a tight budget who needs to rent a car for short or extended period of time.

The customer service was amazing, and the communication is second to none. I would recommend booking if you respect great service and people who love cars in general. Down to earth experience and even more rad car rental selections to choose from.

Person that helped me out was amazing. My last reservation got canceled last minute and she was able to help me out quickly and get me and my family into a car that we needed to celebrate my sons birthday. She even saw that I was arriving earlier and helped me out so that way we wouldn’t be waiting long to pick up the rental. Would recommend this person again.

Great car! Saved me a lot of money and time driving a hybrid! The guys pick me up at the airport and dropping me back off at the end of my trip, which was a completely unexpected service and made my life much easier really gracious really simple and a really great car for a great price

Excellent experience renting this Volkswagen Jetta through Turo. Communication was great from start to finish, and the host was always quick to respond. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup was easy. Great communication with owner. Way easier to work with than any commercial company. Great price for car although I would recommend a phone holder installed on dash for easier gps viewing.

I am new to Turo so unsure how respected the review system is but I definitely am a real human and rented this car for a month and everything was as perfect as can be for someone who usually would shy away from a red car ;). The pickup was easy, car was totally clean and just washed. I appreciated the slide out hatchback cover was in there because I feel they are often missing in big name car rental companies. The couple times I had to communicate with the owner he answered promptly and clear and easy to communicate with. And the drop off was just as seamless as the pickup. I used close to the monthly amount of allowed miles so enough to have some weight behind saying that throughout all of them there was never a weird noise or feeling at all to make me wonder if the car was in anything but excellent order and well maintained. Okay that's about the longest review I've ever written for anything but seemed fair to do so - due to everything I wrote above.

Easiest car rental I’ve had on Turo. Dude was super nice and I was easily able to extend my trip for an extra day for a great price. Highly recommend for my friends out there visiting the Valley. Thanks man!

I rent from this host often, and every time it’s a very smooth trip! Convenient and easy pick up and drop off. Non contact. There is a gas station right next to drop off so it’s easy to fill up. Great on gas. Car runs great!
