The best ever!!! the host is amazing as well

Unfortunately, this Cybertruck was not in the condition I expected based on the listing. I own a Cybertruck myself, so I'm very familiar with how these vehicles should look and drive.
The steering wheel was noticeably crooked instead of straight, and the vehicle did not drive or handle normally compared to other Cybertrucks I've driven. This raised concerns that the vehicle may have sustained damage or been involved in a previous accident.
The most frustrating issue was the front trunk (frunk), which unexpectedly opened on its own in the middle of the night. I was sleeping on the 7th floor of my hotel and had to go downstairs to deal with it. Despite multiple attempts, the frunk would not close using the Tesla app or the vehicle's controls. I eventually had to manually push it down to close it.
These issues were disappointing, especially considering the rental price. I expected a properly maintained vehicle that was safe, reliable, and functioning as advertised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Guest did not raise a single concern while on the trip, even when we reached out to check in
The steering wheel has a slight divo at the top, and according to tesla this is normal. It has 0 functional impact on the drive whatsoever. As far as the frunk opening up, once again, the guest did not bring this up to us at all. Tesla service confirmed the only way that could have happened is if the guest accidentally opened it via the app, as this has never occurred in countless trips.
THIS IS A MUST HAVE CAR RENT. PLEASE RENT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. VERY GOOD PRICE AND EVEN BETTER SERVICE. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THE BEAST MODE - THATS THE WAY TO ACTUALLY DRIVE THIS BEAST. BUT BE AS GENTLE AS YOU CAN TO REALLY EXPERIENCE IT.
