Ford rental in Burbank, CA

I rented this car at the last minute because the car that I was supposed to rent canceled on me at 4 o’clock in the morning before my trip. So I am appreciative that this car was available and the price was right. The car is an older car, but it was serviceable and drivable and available. Pick up was reasonable considering it was Burbank. You have to walk about eight minutes to a local mall to pick it up. But I think that’s because the parking at Burbank is $28 flat rate. And any other parking that’s available is further away. So I give renters credit for coming up with this option.

Great experience renting this 12-person van! It was clean, comfortable, reliable, and had plenty of room for both passengers and luggage. The whole rental process was smooth and easy. Would definitely rent again.

I accidentally booked this vehicle for the wrong date. Unknowingly and wondering why I couldn't submit my DL, I contacted the host minutes before I was set to arrive to pick up the car. He was understanding and willing to accommodate me. I had an issue with changing the reservation and he stayed with me while I got customer service on the phone and where able to fix it on their end. Host was very pleasant and communicative, the vehicle was clean and drove great. Rent your car from Benou!

Jonathan and his wife were amazing! The vehicle was impecable, communication was a breeze and they were very attentive with all the questions we had. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a van, to rent from them!

This is the second vehicle I rented from Travis because the first one was unavailable for an extended trip. This truck was awesome, not to mention near silent (weird because it’s a ford f150). Honestly, the next time I rent on Turo I’m skipping the search & just going straight to Travis’s available inventory. He is one of the most incredible hosts who goes over and beyond for his guests. Most importantly he actually doesn’t mislead any guest saying they can add time or something for an hour or two then try to blindside you with a ton of added charges like most hosts do. Furthermore, always available if you have any questions or concerns. If you need to extend your trip but your current vehicle is booked by someone else Travis will make sure you are accommodated with another similar vehicle no matter the time or how last minute request may be. He really helped me out last thursday not to mention…. it was his wedding weekend! Great host, great cars!

Great Turo rental. The Ford Expedition was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Plenty of room, drove smooth, and made getting around easy. Pickup and drop off were simple, and the host was great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

The van was perfect in almost every sense. The pick up was easy and the host coordinated it all very well. The drop off was the same and the van itself is very very spacious for a family road trip which is what we did. The only downside is the gas mileage, but I knew that going into it and in general when you’re renting a vehicle of this size. You should expect that. Great experience.
