Flying into Burbank and getting the car was super easy. There was a phone charger in the car and Tee was affable and welcoming. Would def connect again next time I’m back in LA
I was very reluctant to use this app over the traditional car rental places however our host was very accommodating, kind, flexible when we needed an hour later on the drop off time. The pick up and drop off couldn’t have been better, we would definitely rent from our host Mary again and recommend her. The car was exactly as on the app, clean fun to drive overall excellent. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Car was great very clean. It did have a slight cigarette smell that might be a concern if you’re super sensitive but it didn’t bother me. Would book again without hesitation.

They were on time and everything was good about the car. It did smell like smoke when I first got it, but the smell went away after a day.
