Car was good, but we were charged 42 dollars to PICK UP the car! The car is left in short-term airport parking and in order to get it, there is no in-person Meetup, just a ticket left in car with a $42 payment that you must pay in order to exit. Was reimbursed for part of it but still had to pay out of pocket for 26 of it, just to pick up the car that I paid for to rent... Not the best experience

Exceeded expectations. Owner made pickup very easy, less than 5 min walk from baggage claim. Car was immaculate and surprisingly fun to drive. Excellent gas mileage for driving back and forth between Inglewood & the West SFV. Drop off was just as convenient. Owner was responsive, communicated clearly, polite, and accommodating. No question - I'll rent this car again! If you're on the fence about what to rent, look no further!
