One of the key differentiators for a company like Turo from traditional Rent-A-Car companies and a reason to use your service is convenience and ease of use. I had to wait 55 minutes to get the shuttle bus at LAX to take me to the budget parking lot where the car was located. This is incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable. I will not be using your service again.

It has been explained to you more than once that, under Turo’s rules, I—as the host—cannot leave the car for you at the parking lot located within the LAX area. It is not my fault that Turo prohibits this; meanwhile, you seem unable to understand plain language or the rules. Good luck with your personal growth, and please pay the parking fee I billed you, since parking there is not allowed.
The host was very responsive and the car was clean and new. Me and my family had a an awesome trip.
