Everything you could ask for in a Turo host. Yesid was kind and courteous in conversation, patient and absolutely responsive. Thank you for working with me through the obstacles we encountered, you are truly appreciated. I would definitely rent from him again. The pickup process and location was the most convenient I’ve experienced, all thanks to this host.
As far as the vehicle goes, this is my 5th Turo rental and my favorite thus far. The vehicle was sound and spotless, but to elaborate more on the Kia Seltos… it was an SUV that’s neither too big nor too small; sizable enough to feel safe in but small enough to maneuver tight spots. Know that what it lacks in size it makes up for power. This vehicle has all the kick when you need a boost. Its gas economy is also a feature to highlight considering gas prices in California. And as an added bonus, the sound system was amazing, crisp acoustics, clarity and surround sound. Enjoyable ride all around, hands down.
