I rented this car at the last minute because the car that I was supposed to rent canceled on me at 4 o’clock in the morning before my trip. So I am appreciative that this car was available and the price was right. The car is an older car, but it was serviceable and drivable and available. Pick up was reasonable considering it was Burbank. You have to walk about eight minutes to a local mall to pick it up. But I think that’s because the parking at Burbank is $28 flat rate. And any other parking that’s available is further away. So I give renters credit for coming up with this option.

Good car! Was definitely an older car, that is taken very well care of! Hard to see out the back because of the shaded windows, but once I got used to it, it was OK!

Do not rent from this person. He delivered the car unvacuumed, and dirty. The car has MANY scratches and dings and he has claimed, fraudulently, that I caused one of the scratches or dings.
Not trustworthy. Hope that Turo upholds my dispute, because I caused no damage.
Car got dented and scraped on the passenger side while on the trip with Mateo and he said he was changing his 5 star review to a one star because we made a claim to have it repaired.

Pick up was super easy and he was very intentional about helping drivers avoid any unnecessary parking payments. That being said, the A/C stopped working halfway during the trip, and the back window is heavily tinted making it hard to see out of at times. All in all, this vehicle got the job done on the base level we needed it too.

The car has some battery issues. Doesn’t start in the beginning. Otherwise it’s a smooth drive
