Kazi was communicative, prompt in responding, and friendly. This was my first time using Turo and it was a breeze. Easy to understand instructions, the car was in a very convenient location. The car was immaculate and such a pleasure to drive (and let it drive itself). And here is what really wins my business, is: there is a small scratch that, I don't know how it got there, but I'm certain it wasn't there before I took the car. Even though it is smaller than what Turo would allow for a claim, I felt bad about it and wanted to offer some cash as compensation. Kazi politely smiled and turned it down! He said, it's okay, these things happen. Can you imagine?! Super guy. Super honest.

He was very easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth. When it was time to return the car, he suggested a different meeting location to help avoid traffic, which was very thoughtful and helpful.
I don’t expect this is something he does every time, but he even gave me a ride back to my accommodation after I returned the car. I really appreciated his kindness and flexibility. Thank you so much!
