He was very easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth. When it was time to return the car, he suggested a different meeting location to help avoid traffic, which was very thoughtful and helpful.
I don’t expect this is something he does every time, but he even gave me a ride back to my accommodation after I returned the car. I really appreciated his kindness and flexibility. Thank you so much!

This was our first time using Turo, and Kazi made it an outstanding experience! He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We had a very long, stressful day dealing with flight delays and a cancellation, and he was so understanding and accommodating, which made a huge difference.
The Tesla was absolutely spotless, beautiful, and in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to drive, and having FSD while navigating an unfamiliar area made our trip so much easier and less stressful.
We couldn’t have asked for a better first Turo experience. We highly recommend renting from Kazi and would definitely book with him again. Thank you for helping make our California trip such a great one!
