Jeremy was not only great when it came to communication, but his vehicle was very clean. Pick up was extremely easy and he promptly responds to all communication. Not to mention, friendly to allow me to pick up the vehicle earlier than planned trip. All in all, he was a pleasure to rent from and his vehicle is in excellent condition. Per Tesla vehicle information the tires have not been rotated for 40k miles. Also recommend to purchase new tires prior to driving the vehicle in inclement weather conditions due to significant tread wear. No other maintenance concerns or issues!

Ronnell made our trip great! The pickup of the car was smooth. We showed up to the lot and did the check in. The car was very clean and smelled great. You can tell he takes pride in the car. Chargers, adapters, and the parking ticket were all in the car. We used the adapter at chargepoint locations and it worked perfectly. The ride was amazing though. Full Self Driving made all the difference! We barely had to drive at all. That made it so that we could have really good conversations and enjoy each other's company on the trips. 99% of the driving was done by Blue Lightning (the car). Communication was great too. He reached out when needed, offered guidance when asked, and set some expectations. It was refreshing. Overall, this was a great rental and great experience. Thanks, Ronnell!
