Janel was an amazing host! She was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire trip. The Model X was awesome—very comfortable, smooth, and a blast to drive. My wife and I really enjoyed our time with it and it definitely made our trip more memorable.
The only thing to keep in mind is the older battery. We found ourselves charging about every 1½–2 hours of driving depending on speed and distance, and it usually took around 30–40 minutes to get a good charge. That’s just something to plan for on longer road trips.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely rent from Janel again. Thanks for making our trip such a good one!
