Great host, very responsive, and understanding. I had to return the rental early as I booked a different flight and the host had no issues responding early, and adjusting my return time so I can make my flight…

The car was great and the host was very helpful.

Although host was responsive and delivered the car directly to us at the airport, the car itself was not the one that we selected and had several issues - incorrect car mats that were loose and dangerous, rip armrest, active car service light, dirty interior with previous driver trash , and faint smell of smoke. The car drove find except for brake noise and the host did provide us a discount due to the issue, but I expect more from Turo.
