We genuinely enjoyed our experience with the 2025 Kia Sorento! The vehicle was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and equipped with so many great features that made our weekend trip enjoyable. We traveled with five adults and luggage, and while we had to get a little creative with our packing, we were able to make everything work comfortably. The vehicle was also exceptionally fuel-efficient, which was a huge plus for our road trip!
The pickup and return process went smoothly, and I appreciated the host’s flexibility with our pickup arrangements.
Although there was a disagreement in communication following the rental, I don’t want that to overshadow the positive experience we had with the vehicle itself. Overall, we really enjoyed driving the Sorento, and it served us well throughout our trip.
