The host and pickup and drop off location was great. Was unable to use AppleCarplay as advertised along with no disc for the vehicle navigation system. The blind spot function was also inoperable.
Wow! I went above and beyond loading and unloading all their luggage at the airport! My listing description is exactly correct. The Apple CarPlay and navigation work perfectly on my Mercedes. It’s not my fault that the guest does not know how to connect their phone. Guest smoked in my car and left it filthy with garbage, and also didn’t fill up the gas tank to fall where it was when he picked it up. Absolutely ridiculous feedback. These people should not be allowed to rent on Turo.

The overall rental experience was amazing, but the gas tank exterior cover was missing, and the tail light cover is missing and there are very minor dings. I would rent again should those items be fixed.

Thank you for being available. My son went to prom. I had booked with 5 others companies who over booked for this weekend. I lost alot of money. Great communication and clean car
