Jeremy was not only great when it came to communication, but his vehicle was very clean. Pick up was extremely easy and he promptly responds to all communication. Not to mention, friendly to allow me to pick up the vehicle earlier than planned trip. All in all, he was a pleasure to rent from and his vehicle is in excellent condition. I highly recommend others to rent from him as I would do so in the future. Thank you again! Constructive feedback- Would recommend owner to rotate tires. Per Tesla vehicle information the tires have not been rotated for 40k miles. Also recommend to purchase new tires prior to driving the vehicle in inclement weather conditions due to significant tread wear. No other maintenance concerns or issues!

Great rental experience with the Santa Fe Hybrid! The car was very clean, comfortable, and drove like it had 0 miles on it. The gas mileage was excellent, and the vehicle was easily accessible for pickup. The host was great, communication was easy, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
