I ran into some issues with my original travel dates and had to reschedule at the last minute, and he was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the process. When I finally arrived in Cleveland, both the pickup and drop-off were seamless and hassle-free. During my visit, I experienced some unexpected health issues and ended up needing to extend my rental. He worked with me every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. His professionalism is top-notch—truly A1. The vehicle itself was excellent: reliable, fuel-efficient, and ran perfectly with no issues at all. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would absolutely rent from him again. Our other Toro host no showed us at pick up and Paul was available last minute and saved the day! Great communication, the car was 10/10 and on top of all of that, we accidentally locked the keys in the car at one point, called Paul and he was able to unlock the car doors remotely! We will definitely rent from him on our next trip to Ohio! Thank you for everything, Paul!!!
