Adnan was so great to deal with. We had originally booked a Honda CR-V, and his reservation got extended, so he replaced the vehicle with what I believe to be an even better vehicle. When we could not find the location of it, he walked us through it on the phone so that we could locate the car. He was very helpful and responsive and really easy to work with, and I would highly recommend renting from him and will be in the future, anytime I have to come back to Cleveland! Thanks Adnan!

11/10 vehicle , would absolutely rent same model again! Best experience ever , got caught in a flash flood area that resulted in muddy roads and the car had no problems !

Great experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and felt safe and reliable throughout the trip. There was a lingering odor inside the vehicle, possibly from previous smoking, but otherwise everything was great. I’d definitely rent from this host again.
Ronnell made our trip great! The pickup of the car was smooth. We showed up to the lot and did the check in. The car was very clean and smelled great. You can tell he takes pride in the car. Chargers, adapters, and the parking ticket were all in the car. We used the adapter at chargepoint locations and it worked perfectly. The ride was amazing though. Full Self Driving made all the difference! We barely had to drive at all. That made it so that we could have really good conversations and enjoy each other's company on the trips. 99% of the driving was done by Blue Lightning (the car). Communication was great too. He reached out when needed, offered guidance when asked, and set some expectations. It was refreshing. Overall, this was a great rental and great experience. Thanks, Ronnell!
Smooth day trip to Cleveland. Highly recommend; especially if you have a turn around trip. This is much faster than taking a rental car/shuttle. Host gave great directions.
We genuinely enjoyed our experience with the 2025 Kia Sorento! The vehicle was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and equipped with so many great features that made our weekend trip enjoyable. We traveled with five adults and luggage, and while we had to get a little creative with our packing, we were able to make everything work comfortably. The vehicle was also exceptionally fuel-efficient, which was a huge plus for our road trip! The pickup and return process went smoothly, and I appreciated the host’s flexibility with our pickup arrangements. Although there was a disagreement in communication following the rental, I don’t want that to overshadow the positive experience we had with the vehicle itself. Overall, we really enjoyed driving the Sorento, and it served us well throughout our trip.

Everything was great. Easy pickup, easy drop off. Car was spotless and drove so smooth! Very reliable! We visited Chicago, indiana, and michigan and then came back to ohio and had 0 problems with the car.
