My trip was a total dud--I had a random, never-before-seen error with the car that didn't allow me to charge it. Had to rent a car from a different place to finish my trip. HOWEVER, Alex was amazing. He was super responsive and spent like 2 hours on the phone with me and Tesla support to get my issue resolved. I'm leaving him a great review because he went above and beyond to help me even though the problem wasn't his fault. I wasn't incredibly impressed with Turo and their refund policy... but I definitely was with Alex. He really is an all-star host and I would book again with him just because he's awesome.
Everything was very convenient with my host setting everything up so I could pick up the car at the airport I flew into. I followed his instructions and he was available for any questions I had while picking it up. The car was in excellent condition, drove perfectly and I was very impressed. I was grateful for the convenience and the continuous support of my host.
