Car was fine but being that this was my first time using Turo, the owner did not make it as easy as I’d hoped for. It was generally difficult to get ahold of him and directions weren’t always very clear from the start which lead to making multiple attempts to contact.

Easy pick up, good communication. Check engine light was on during the rental, but the owner communicated quickly to remedy it.
Car was also recently serviced.
