Great communication from Esteban regarding our requested car seats, where to find the car, and what was expected for return. The car was so easy to find at short term parking at the airport and helped us kickstart our vacation quickly! The car ran great and had all weather mats so we didn’t have to stress much about sand and dirt, knowing that it would clean up easily for Esteban later. A few days before our trip our vehicle became unavailable due to a safety recall from the car manufacturer, and Esteban immediately notified us and replaced our reservation with another comparable SUV. It was no stress and a little upgrade for us at no extra charge! Overall this was another win for Turo- it makes renting a car so easy and Esteban and his team are so professional and communicative. Will definitely rent from them again in the future,

Nice clean van. We chose this vehicle b/c of the awesome details regarding make/model of car seats available..so often u pickup and the seats are wrong. This listing takes that worry away. If you’ve never driven an Odyssey and are traveling w kids in car seats, the middle bucket seats slide side to side allowing easy access to 3rd row, or ability to put a long surf board down the side.
