First time visiting Kīhei, Maui, and I needed a car to rent for a few days. John made the whole experience super easy! He was really nice, welcoming, and had great communication from start to finish. Pickup and drop off were quick and hassle free, and the Honda Touring was super clean, had great mileage, and drove smooth the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend renting from him, and when I come back to Hawaii, I’ll definitely be renting with him again. Thank you for making my first trip to Maui that much better!

Great communication from Esteban regarding our requested car seats, where to find the car, and what was expected for return. The car was so easy to find at short term parking at the airport and helped us kickstart our vacation quickly! The car ran great and had all weather mats so we didn’t have to stress much about sand and dirt, knowing that it would clean up easily for Esteban later. A few days before our trip our vehicle became unavailable due to a safety recall from the car manufacturer, and Esteban immediately notified us and replaced our reservation with another comparable SUV. It was no stress and a little upgrade for us at no extra charge! Overall this was another win for Turo- it makes renting a car so easy and Esteban and his team are so professional and communicative. Will definitely rent from them again in the future,

This Honda Odyssey was the perfect vehicle for our trip. The extra seat in the 2nd row allowed us to comfortably fit 2 car seats and 5 adults. The middle row seats scoot forward to allow you to easily enter the back row. The ride was smooth and quiet and this van was easy to drive and had lots of power and great visibility. The van looked brand new (it is a 2026 model), it was very clean, it had lots of air conditioning vents, and a nice sound system. Loved the sun roof too! Esteban was easy to work with, communication was great, and pick-up/drop-off was easy and quick. Thank you for helping to make our trip so wonderful!
