Overall the vehicle was fine and beat the price of renting from a car rental agency. However, we had to pay a few dollars for parking to leave the airport that was not supposed to be required. We also had constant issues with the straps on the provided car seat that we rented for our 4 year old. It was a struggle every time we had to use the van (multiple times a day). This car seat needs to be replaced. It’s poor quality. The lane assist function on the van was also not working. The vehicle was clean and communicating with the owner was easy.

Easy pick up at the airport. Vehicle was plenty big enough for all of us and luggage. AC nice and cold. My only complaint is no navigation in vehicle. Not the owners fault. Would definitely rent from him again if I come back to Maui.
