The Jeep was exactly as listed. Perfect condition, pickup instructions were easy to follow and it was perfect for our stay. Having a one touch roof is always a non-negotiable for us when we rent a Jeep in Hawaii and this one had it so it was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and on time with instructions. Would definitely rent this Jeep and with these hosts again. One thing I was surprised is that it doesn’t have the keyless entry where you can unlock/lock the car with the door handle and no key. Small thing we just get used to but surprised with everything else this Jeep had that it didn’t have that.
Chris is such a great host and he has the best Jeeps!! The Jeep Gladiator is such a fun truck. We had a great time and rode around all of Maui! Would definitely recommend... Chris is very easy to work with and is a great guy!
Have rented from Lucky Joy multiple times now. Always easy and convenient pickup and drop off. The only way to rent a car. Will be using again in future.
The Jeep is in a very good shape and runs greatly. Moreover, Justin, the owner, is very helpful and nice. The gears and towels provided is a game changer. The price beats all the rental companies prices and it has much more to offer. P.S: Most of the cars in Maui are Jeeps so I believe this is the best choice as I was skeptical about the different car makes and models in the beginning.
