The Jeep was exactly as listed. Perfect condition, pickup instructions were easy to follow and it was perfect for our stay. Having a one touch roof is always a non-negotiable for us when we rent a Jeep in Hawaii and this one had it so it was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and on time with instructions. Would definitely rent this Jeep and with these hosts again. One thing I was surprised is that it doesn’t have the keyless entry where you can unlock/lock the car with the door handle and no key. Small thing we just get used to but surprised with everything else this Jeep had that it didn’t have that.
What a wonderful and smooth excellent car rental experience. First of all the Jeep was clean and of the most highest quality. Very friendly staff and super responsive. We needed an extra day and the Jeep was already booked but they offered a great substitute at the last minute.
The Jeep is in a very good shape and runs greatly. Moreover, Justin, the owner, is very helpful and nice. The gears and towels provided is a game changer. The price beats all the rental companies prices and it has much more to offer. P.S: Most of the cars in Maui are Jeeps so I believe this is the best choice as I was skeptical about the different car makes and models in the beginning.

Mike and is rental car were the best! the jeep was perfect for our maui vacation and we had zero issues! Mike also is very detailed and checks in occasionally to make sure we had no questions or concerns and also offered some great tips! the rinsekit was also a gamechanger and totally worth it!

Jeff’s jeep really added to our fantastic Maui experience. The mint green color was unique and the one touch convertible roof really allowed us to enjoy the Maui weather!
