Pickup and communication was great. We didn't have many issues with the car itself. You can tell it is a car rental, due to many chips, dents, and scratches, but the car itself was clean. We decided on the trip that we weren't a big fan of Honda Pilots, just due to their features, but that had nothing to do with the car itself or rental owner. It was well kept and did its job.
