Nissan rental in Santa Ana, CA

Majid is a very responsive host who even provided his cell number and said to contact him if I had any issues which I never had an issue. I was in need of a replacement car because my prior reservation had a mechanical issue and Majid's Nissan Versa Note drove smoothly plus was available whereas many other cars were not available with short notice. Pickup and drop-off was at great central location in Costa Mesa at Majid's business, and Majid hospitably let me wait in his office after returning car for 15 minutes while I waited to be picked up. Recommend both host and car.

Pickup was easy, and the car ran smoothly without issue for my 2-week rental period. The host was very responsive. The car itself is fine for the price. The radio display doesn’t work and the brakes squeak a bit, but it does the job. Would rent again!

Excellent car, communicative host. I picked up the car with minimial difficulty near the SNA airport and returned it on time with. It is basically a new car with XM radio and good AC. I guess I didn't follow the correct procedure to return the car (the app sends me some message to open an app that has no "return" button), but I complained about some fee that was added 30 minutes later and it was removed. I think the Turo app can be made easier to use but seems to be mainly selling add ons like the other car rental companies. Turo has not yet reached the point of commoditization (like uber, airbnb, etc.) that makes the rates the same as the old economy companies so I will use it again until it does.

The car was clean inside and out. Got great gas mileage. I got over 30 miles per gallon. The car is great for going from point A to B. All the functions that I used on the car like the radio and the air conditioner and what not worked as expected. The location was very close to the hotel I was staying at so pick up and drop off was very convenient. My host was very good at communicating and would definitely rent from this host again.

Great rental experience overall. The Nissan was very clean when I picked it up, drove smooth, and the A/C worked perfectly. The car was comfortable, reliable, and had no issues during my trip. Would definitely rent this vehicle again.

The car was exactly what I paid for. No issues. It is a base model car and the lowest price on the app for the same size vehicles. Not luxury by any means but a perfectly good car nonetheless. The vehicle was easy to access and drop off was easy. The host was communicating very well, and I rented the car for one week. No issues. Put probably close to 1000 miles on the vehicle. No problems. Would rent again if the need arose.

The van was a lifesaver with our four small grandchildren and their parents visiting us and a pickup at LAX with tons of luggage. The owners were extremely communicative and flexible and pickup and drop-off was a breeze. We were sent a video of the van and exactly where to find the keys. The van was clean and the owners even provided us with two car seats. This is our first time using Turo and we were pretty nervous but it was well worth it and I recommend it anyone needing a larger vehicle for a short time. I tried to look into renting from a large chain rental car company but their vans were either TOO big (15 passenger) OR they were specifically reviewed as being difficult to install car seats in. This Nissan was quite easy and we had no issue installing all four. Highly recommend these owners for renting your next vehicle.

Excellent car for this price. The parking brake is a little stiff but you can get it to work by pulling it up slightly before driving. No issues otherwise.
