Subaru rental in Santa Ana, CA

From the very start of my reservation for the 2013 Subaru, the host Belen was very communicative. She helped with pick up options for the car and made the process clear. On pickup, the car was clean and clearly well maintained. There were no issues that came up while driving, but I feel confident that if there had been, I could have communicated quickly with Belen and then any issues would have been resolved. Overall, I had a great experience with renting from Belen. I will definitely be specifically searching for her available car rentals when I rent a car again in future.

The car was great for the weekend we had it. Easy to drive, felt safe and higher up, and it got pretty solid gas mileage. The owner was also incredibly easy to work with. I would note that there was no cover for the trunk, so not a good option if you need to leave luggage in the car for any time being. I would recommend to any turo renters, and will definitely rent from him again.

Second time I rent a car from Dan, always very communicative, attentive, price is reasonable, knows how to put on a car seat, clean car.

The features of the 2024 Subaru outback are not very impressive. For the car itself I don't really like it but the host was phenomenal. I requested to start my rental a bit early and they had it ready for me within a half hour, washed and a full tank of gas. I would recommend this host and rent with them again. Accommodating, professional and great customer service. But I'm never driving a Subaru ever again. The most annoying seatbelt chime even if no one is sitting in the seat. If it detected weight, it will go off non stop. And there's no power outlets. It has ONE usb-A port, 2 cigarette lighter ports. One in the trunk and the other is in the glove box.

Super fun car to drive - with tons of new-car features. I love EVs and wanted to check out the AWD Subaru. It did not disappoint on freeways or street parking, etc etc. Pick up and drop off at SNA couldn't be easier. Communications were excellent. We used the free cooler (thanks!!) but not the beach chairs (thanks anyway!).

Had another great experience renting from Chan! The car was clean and drove perfectly. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly. This is my second time renting from Chan and I will definitely rent again. Highly recommend!

First time Turo user and IMPRESSED! The car was excellent, ran great, good mpg and good ac for LA traffic! Pickup was easiest thing about this trip. Car was freshly cleaned inside and out with custom air fresheners! Its a similar model to my own car so it was jump in and go. For this trip spending several hours in LA traffic it was perfect to have a hybrid! And most importantly by having a vehicle for this trip, rather just ride share, this has made so many things easier. 20 / 5 star experience. Owner was so nice and helped me out with going through the app and answering questions. The price was phenomenal compared to any rental car. And that allowed me to have a car for a week compared to a single over night rental. Bravo and I will use again.
