Melissa was super accommodating. I had a car that was not in rentable condition and Turo canceled for me. Found another car just for that car to cancel at my exact pick up time. I scrabbled to find a car since I was was leaving out of town in a few hours and Melissa had her vehicle not only available within hours but it was in supreme condition. They say everything happens for a reason and it truly does. Car was much nicer and we had plenty of room. I would definitely rent again. She even allowed me to return a couple hours early when I was back earlier than expected.

Best experience great host pick up location excellent . Car is an awesome car had it for a week only put gas when returning. I even drove it up to the high dessert and back gas was still good would definitely rent again
I just love crosstracks. This one was great too. Easy to drive, no problems, Freddy answered questions promptly. Traveling with two kids this was perfect for us. Car is driving smoothly, no problems whatsoever. Will be happy to rent it again. This was easiest car rental experience for me.

The features of the 2024 Subaru outback are not very impressive. For the car itself I don't really like it but the host was phenomenal. I requested to start my rental a bit early and they had it ready for me within a half hour, washed and a full tank of gas. I would recommend this host and rent with them again. Accommodating, professional and great customer service. But I'm never driving a Subaru ever again. The most annoying seatbelt chime even if no one is sitting in the seat. If it detected weight, it will go off non stop. And there's no power outlets. It has ONE usb-A port, 2 cigarette lighter ports. One in the trunk and the other is in the glove box.
Super fun car to drive - with tons of new-car features. I love EVs and wanted to check out the AWD Subaru. It did not disappoint on freeways or street parking, etc etc. Pick up and drop off at SNA couldn't be easier. Communications were excellent. We used the free cooler (thanks!!) but not the beach chairs (thanks anyway!).
