It was great! This was my first time driving a Tesla ever! Van was so helpful and changed the cabin filter before I got the car because I’m allergic to smoke smells. But also!! Van really took the time to teach me and make sure I was comfortable with driving the car before leaving because this was my first experience driving a Tesla myself. I’ve been driven in them before but not me driving one. Also, he was always available for questions and was very responsive any time I messaged. I loved it so much, I bought one! The Tesla Model Y with FSD changed my life. I rented it so I can visit my father because he needed surgery for cancer and it was the most stress free driving trip I have ever had. The owner was awesome and very responsive and went out of his way to deliver the car to my address which was very convenient! The car was in perfect shape like new very clean. Thai was an excellent host throughout this experience. When the vehicle issue occurred, he was responsive, helpful, and genuinely tried to assist in resolving the situation. She treated the problem as if it were his own and made every effort to communicate with Tesla and Turo to help find a solution. Although the repair and reservation issues were beyond his control, she remained professional and willing to help throughout the process. I truly appreciate her patience, cooperation, and kindness. I would gladly rent from Thai again in the future and highly recommend her to other guests.

This car was amazing. Easy and fun to drive,. Check-in at airport and all directions were very clear for pickup . Car is clean and new feeling, big trunk and a frunk too. I only had to charge once for three days of driving and it charged very fast - faster than I planned. Best part was communication side. All questions quickly answered at various times of day. I will rent this car again!!

This is the best car I've ever hired. We needed it for a 3 week road trip, and WOW! The Cyber Truck did over 2000 miles of Full Self Driving. I didn't have to drive any of it. Just looked out the window. It handled everything perfectly from highways to narrow winding roads of Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. Just unbelievable. My family loved it! Thank you!
