It was great! This was my first time driving a Tesla ever! Van was so helpful and changed the cabin filter before I got the car because I’m allergic to smoke smells. But also!! Van really took the time to teach me and make sure I was comfortable with driving the car before leaving because this was my first experience driving a Tesla myself. I’ve been driven in them before but not me driving one. Also, he was always available for questions and was very responsive any time I messaged. I loved it so much, I bought one! Super easy to drive, immaculate condition, fantastic host. Highly recommend renting Gene’s Tesla! Gene provided step-by-step instructions and communicated regularly with us before the rental started. He even put beach chairs in the back for our use. Drop off was also easy at the airport. We charged the car once for 20 minutes and relaxed while it worked. This rental made our trip easy and carefree.
Host was able to arrange the car on short notice (<3 hours lead time), communicated well, was flexible, and was understanding! Would rent the same car and from the same host again, and would recommend to friends!
