We’re sorry the charging experience did not meet your expectations. We have 6 Teslas in our fleet with 3,000+ completed trips and have not had issues with this process. Tesla Supercharging requires no credit card at the station; charges are billed automatically to us, and we send the reimbursement invoice after the trip. This is Tesla’s standard Supercharging process.
