The car was perfect. Great on gas mileage, clean, and easy to find parked. I would recommend booking pickup an hour in advance to arrival to allow the host to park and communicate where the car is located. We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and didn't receive information on where to pick up the car until right before pick up time. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this vehicle/host otherwise.

The car was Great. My 10yr. old son and I enjoyed cruising it all weekend with both the top off and on. The Hosts were wonderful as well. I would rent from them again.

Great communication and clean car. John was very accommodating. We requested two child car seats, John asked in advance the exact style needed and gave additional confirmation once they were in the car. Traveling with kids can be stressful, this removed any additional concerns of getting to the car and not having child seats or the wrong type. Thanks again John, you helped make our trip go as smooth as possible.

Mo was fantastic, dropped the car off at the house I was staying right on time, with an incredibly clean automobile. The professionalism from Mo saved my trip (see below). The car was in great condition. Extra info: I thought my trip was ruined from the get-go when a car rental service called U-save did a bait and switch on me and wouldn't give me my car without buying their extremely expensive insurance which doubled the cost of my rental, which was prepaid. I personally have my own insurance, which exceeds the standards for rental agencies. In a panic, since I had four kids with me, I hopped on turo and there was Mo. I will ONLY use him going forward when I return.

The rental process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Octavio provided clear directions and thorough instructions, and both the pick-up and return were super simple. The vehicle was clean and looked exactly as shown in the photos. I did run into a small issue connecting to Bluetooth, which I flagged to Octavio. He promptly called me and walked me through the steps to get it connected, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service made a big difference. Overall, the rental process and the car met my expectations. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice if the vehicle had Apple CarPlay for easier navigation and Bluetooth connectivity. Aside from that, it was a great experience and I would definitely rent again.

This car was an excellent shape. It ran well and it was clean. The owner was so nice! They let me extend my reservation not once but twice. Super, super friendly people! I’m definitely going to rent from them again when I need to.
