The rental process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Octavio provided clear directions and thorough instructions, and both the pick-up and return were super simple. The vehicle was clean and looked exactly as shown in the photos. I did run into a small issue connecting to Bluetooth, which I flagged to Octavio. He promptly called me and walked me through the steps to get it connected, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service made a big difference. Overall, the rental process and the car met my expectations. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice if the vehicle had Apple CarPlay for easier navigation and Bluetooth connectivity. Aside from that, it was a great experience and I would definitely rent again.

Rented this car out for the weekend and it was amazing! Car works great and drives great no issues at all! The convertible part of the vehicle was the best, and such a cool experience. Not only that but the owners were super sweet and so friendly! Pick up and drop off was super easy and they were always available if I had any questions leading up to the car and how it was ran. Overall great service and experience! Will be renting from them again FOR SURE!

The car was perfect. Great on gas mileage, clean, and easy to find parked. I would recommend booking pickup an hour in advance to arrival to allow the host to park and communicate where the car is located. We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and didn't receive information on where to pick up the car until right before pick up time. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this vehicle/host otherwise.
