They were very helpful along the way, super communicative, and made everything stress-free. I really appreciated that there were no surprise cleanup fees either. Ihad an amazing experience renting the Hyundai Nexo SUV through Turo. The car was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for driving around town. Car had seats cover that look cheap but it understandable the owner want to keep it new I guess, when I was renting it, I realized the back turn signals were broken and didn’t work, contacted host and was offered a quick repair at his mechanic but I didn’t have the time. Upon returning the car, I was advice by the host to get a car wash otherwise I’ll be charge $150 cleaning fee, but I didn’t have time, only cleaned all the trash out and it was fine (just surprise to see that message, I rent d on Turo about 10 times in the past and this is the first I get that message from host) Beside that’s the host is responsive and very understandable. I got confused on the returning address and returned it almost an hour late, but host didn’t charge my late fee and was very understanding

Car quality was smooth and comfortable. Great gas mileage and rides well. When I need to rent a car, I rent only from Summer. Always smooth pick and drop off and all around a true professional. You won’t regret renting from Summer.

Car was extremely clean great on gas mileage pick up and drop off were both fast, easy and convenient .IURII response fast and was very pleasant . My first and last Turo experience was a nightmare with an unreliable car that broke down in the middle of no where I never wanted to rent a Turo car after the experience but though I would give it was more shot , IURII definitely redeemed Turo for me made my experience go so smoothly . I travel to Santa Ana often and I would definitely rent for IURII
