⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and reliable. The host was friendly, responsive, accommodating and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and I had no issues with the car during my trip. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them!

Pickup & dropoff were hassle free. Car was very clean. Everything in the car worked and there aren't really major criticisms with the experience other than uts a slightly older budget car with 150K Miles & it runs like it. Has a hard time maintaining speeds around 60/70 miles & engine is definitely loud but for local commutes and at the price offered, its a good deal.
First of all, Rosete Timeless Exotics were amazing. Theeee best communication I have ever encountered with an owner/operator/company. The GranTurismo is a beauty, handles well and the sound, Geezus is absolutely absurd. It turns heads, all without the ridiculous cost. This is a very well kept car so please treat it right. I barely played the audio system because the sound was everything. Definitely worth the price and I plan on renting this car again when I am in town. An incredible rental and for a 2018, very well maintained!!!!
Excellent car, communicative host. I picked up the car with minimial difficulty near the SNA airport and returned it on time with. It is basically a new car with XM radio and good AC. I guess I didn't follow the correct procedure to return the car (the app sends me some message to open an app that has no "return" button), but I complained about some fee that was added 30 minutes later and it was removed. I think the Turo app can be made easier to use but seems to be mainly selling add ons like the other car rental companies. Turo has not yet reached the point of commoditization (like uber, airbnb, etc.) that makes the rates the same as the old economy companies so I will use it again until it does.
Car was not perfect, but it was provided under difficult circumstances. Later minor repair completed near original pickup point. I had rented another car that didn't work for me... THIS WAS THE SUBSTITUTE. VERY KIND TO PROVIDE IT ON SHORT NOTICE. This provided working transportation for the remainder of my trip at an inexpensive price.
I LOVED this car! The owner Alex was so kind and helpful. He made the rental process quick and painless. Any questions that I had he promptly responded. Whenever I'm in the Santa Ana area I will definitely book with Alex again.

Ekaterina is an amazing host! She responds incredibly fast and makes the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Both pickup and return were quick and easy, and her instructions were clear and detailed. Refueling was also very convenient thanks to the helpful guidance she provided. The car was spotless and in excellent condition. Even though it’s a 2019 model, the interior looks and feels almost brand new. It was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Overall, this was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend renting from Ekaterina, and I will definitely book this car again in the future. Easy, simple, and efficient! This is my first time ever getting a rental car, and I had a good experience. I wasn’t aware of hydrogen fuel cars until this car. But I was made aware of the fuel situation and given the option to cancel my reservation with full refund before the trip if I wanted to. Car was clean and ran very smoothly.

Everything was great. We are not extremely EV savvy but they were extremely helpful and very prompt To respond to any questions that we had. So nice to type in where we wanted to go and utilize the self driving mode. We are also Turo hosts and I would definitely recommend renting from them again
