The van was a lifesaver with our four small grandchildren and their parents visiting us and a pickup at LAX with tons of luggage. The owners were extremely communicative and flexible and pickup and drop-off was a breeze. We were sent a video of the van and exactly where to find the keys. The van was clean and the owners even provided us with two car seats. This is our first time using Turo and we were pretty nervous but it was well worth it and I recommend it anyone needing a larger vehicle for a short time. I tried to look into renting from a large chain rental car company but their vans were either TOO big (15 passenger) OR they were specifically reviewed as being difficult to install car seats in. This Nissan was quite easy and we had no issue installing all four. Highly recommend these owners for renting your next vehicle.

Convenient and reliable

The Nissan Passenger Bus was awesome. Did everything we needed it to for 5 adults and 4 car-seated kids! Powerful and spacious. We all had checked bags, carry-ons, and personal items, plus 2 double strollers and car seat bags. All fit fine. The hosts were extremely helpful, very communicative and everything was detailed for pickup, dropoff, etc. No surprises or unexpected fees. Only two things to be award of with a vehicle this size - turning radius is what you would expect, a little large, and the ride, being a 3500 (1-ton) vehicle is not silky smooth. None of those are negatives against the host or the vehicle itself. It's a 12 passenger van. No way around that! The hosts did offer to configure the seating anyway we wanted which was super helpful with all the stuff we needed to accommodate. Thanks!
