Will NOT be renting again from them. I rented for 9 days. Hosts advertised the car as unlimited miles. When they approved my request, they had put a limit on it. I wasn’t notified at all. I brought it up to their attention the moment I picked up the car, but they only replied, “thanks for letting us know.” I sent a follow up question if I’d be charged extra if I exceed the limit. No response at all. Very disappointed because I had to rearrange my trip. Also, the front license plate was missing and I was pulled over for it. The insurance in the vehicle was expired from 2024. I have photo proof of all these. The hosts need to do better. Very dishonest.

Please be sure to double check the booking details in the future before starting the trip. We have no control over any errors in the car listing as Turo manages that aspect.
